For a long time, many myths have been around the gym and workout. Thus many are reluctant to do the workout and go to the gym. And more people do work out wrong. It makes a big impact. Many diseases occur in their body because no one workout properly especially men. Exercise keeps the body in balance. So exercise is very important for our life.

1. Growth retardation
One of the most important of these myths is growth retardation. Many people miss the gym and work out because of this. Everyone believes they will not grow if they go to the gym and work out. This is absolutely wrong. Because growth depends on the hormone. Adrenalin and thyroxine like HGH (human growth hormone) are the most important for your height. This hormone doesn't block by workout. So your growth will not be hindered by workouts.
2. Fat can turn into Muscle
Many people believe if they workout then their fat will turn into muscle. But this is wrong. Fat doesn't always turn into muscle. But if you work out your fat is burned. Fat has nothing to do with muscle. If you take in high-calorie foods and then not work enough to digest them, those calories stay in your body as fat. This is the reason for fat form in your body. But muscle needs proteins and vitamins to grow.
3. If you quit workout Muscle turn into Fat
Many people believe if they leave the gym and quit workout then their muscles turn into fat. It's absolutely wrong. Muscle doesn't turn into fat. Even if you leave the gym your muscle will not turn into fat. Maybe your muscle size will decrease but your muscle never changes into fat if you leave the gym and quit the workout.
4. Stretching prevents injury
Stretch before a workout doesn't prevent the injury like muscle crunch and so. And there is no need to stretching before you do a workout just to prevent injury. Cause it doesn't prevent and nothing to do with workout injury. The injury caused by doing a workout depends on how you do it. If so, what is stretch used for?
Stretch or warm-up is used to increase the blood flow to your muscle.
5. Work out every day
You do not have to do a workout every day. You can work out every day or anytime you want. It is your choice. There is no rule for a workout. Some people do workouts every day and some people do workouts on weekends. It depends on you. Even if you do not do a workout every day it will not cause you any harm. So don't afraid guys.
6. Lifting more weight make women bulk up
Many women believe if they lift more weight to get bulky. This is absolutely wrong. Women won't bulk up. Cause of hormone. Testosterone hormone is needed to get a bulky body. But women have a lower level of testosterone. So women won't bulk up. If women lift the weight that makes tighten the whole body and burns fat and get a better shape. It'll do just the opposite for women.
7. Get large, Lift large
If you want get bulky and get huge muscle, you must lift large weights. This is so tricky. Cause it helps to get a huge body but this alone is not enough. If you want huge then you'll eat more. Larger muscles according to how much food you take. So if you want to get huge then you must eat more and lift more weight.
8. Early morning is the best time
Many people believe the best time to work out is early morning. But the truth is according to a 2019 studies journal of psychology. work out between 1 p.m to 4 p.m is the best time to work out. It's also the best time to work out early in the morning. It doesn't make a big difference. You can work out anytime.
