What is Fiverr

    Fiverr is one of the freelancer's websites for freelancers.  It(Fiverr) is an Israeli online marketplace for freelancers.  It provides services all over the world for freelancers.  Fiverr was launched in February 2010.  It is almost like a freelancer website.  But the differences are working platform (user interface), set the profile, bidding system, get the projects and you can sell your items.  Fiverr's working area(page)/algorithm is totally different from other freelancer websites.

Differences from other freelancers forum

        Most freelancing websites are based on the bidding system.  i.e Freelancers can bid on the project and the project manager/poster chooses the best bid and give the project to that bidder.  But, here(Fiverr) no bidding system.  You will create your gig(ad board) and post it on Fiverr.  After that clients will choose the freelancer for their project.  So on Fiverr, you can only create a profile(gig/adboard).  So create a profile, strong and genuine.

         Like all freelancing websites, you have to register as a freelancer here first.  First of all, go to Fiverr's official website.  Then Fiverr ask for details in order to register.  Remember the more true your profile is, the more likely you are to get a job in Fiverr.  So provide genuine information.

        You can also earn through refer your friends to Fiverr.  You can get up to 100$ from referring your friend.

Create your gig

        After registration, you should create your gig in Fiverr.  Careful friends, only one gig will be displayed at a time on Fiverr.  So be careful to create your gig.  The gig will get you the job in Fiverr.  So make it attractive and genuine.  This is very important to earn money on Fiverr.

How to create a gig

  • After registration go to your Fiverr dashboard.  And go to the gig option.
  • Click the 'create a new gig' option.
  • Then give the proper title depending on the work you do.
  • Then choose the category in which you are going to work.
  • And also choose the subcategory for your work.
  • After choosing the category the new column 'gig metatags' will appear.  Gig metatag is nothing but, in which format and style you will give the work.  For example, if you are a logo designer, you can submit your work in 3d, jpg, jpeg, webp format. 
  • Then give the tags about your work.  For example, if you are a web developer then give the tags like 'HTML', 'CSS', 'js', 'PHP', 'MySQL'.  Likewise, make your work tags.
  • This concludes the first page.  Then click the save and continue to go to the next page.

2nd page

  • The second page will open after the first page is completed. That page is very important. On this page, you will mention your service and fees in Fiverr.
        You have 3 package options. Divide your service into three packages based on price and quality of service. These three packages are basic standard and premium. Consider it silver, gold, or diamond. In the basic package, provide basic quality service at a low cost. In the standard package, provide quality service at a higher cost with some additional work. Provides high-quality service at a high cost with all additional works in the premium package.
  • Fill in all the blanks based on your service.
  • Then fill in the additional service table. If you are able to provide additional service to your customer, fill that table.

3rd page

        After finishing both pages your Fiverr gig is almost over. Give a brief description of your gig on the third page. Provide brief information about your service.
          This will be followed by a frequently asked question. Enter a question about your service and write the answer.  The FAQ is optional.  You can leave it.

4th page

        4th page required page. Use this page to gather information from your Fiverr customers.  Set up questions and get answers from your clients and get the information you need.

5th page

        On the 5th page, you can add your gig images, audio, and videos.  This is very very important.  Images and videos get impressions.  And also it is your ad.  So guys carefully doing this page.

        The 6th page is the confirmation page.

After completion of your profile just wait for orders.  If you get orders then work and earn in Fiverr.
