PowerPoint Presentation/Slides

        In your ppt, you should have your whole content about your presentation.  And the alignment of your content also plays a big role.  Because your audience will understand your content/idea by your ppt.  There are some rules/suggestions for making a good ppt.
  1. Don't use stylish fonts for professional presentations.
  2. Times new roman font is suggestable.
  3. Don't keep the font size so big.  Keep as much as needed.
  4. Have the intro slide and proper thank slide.
  5. Use the bullets.
  6. Don't have too many paragraphs, have important points alone.

Give the impressive Introduction

        You should give an interesting introduction before you start your presentation. Before you start, you need to get their attention through your introduction. Start with your name first, say where you come from, what you are doing now, and finally what topic you are going to talk about.  Whenever you presenting you've to be so bold and speak clearly.

Your background setup

        You have to turn on the camera with the mic when you deliver. If so, only that webinar will be professional.  So you have to be careful about the lighting in your room.  Only then will you be bright for your guests. Then keep your room (surroundings) quiet.  If you can, beautify your background with beauty products.  And also choose a place where good internet access is available.

Your explanation about the project

        This is the most important part and you should explain the project with the help of your slides. Do not read the slides Remember that you have to explain them. First, start with the title slide and members' information slide, and your content.
  1. Introduction.
  2. Abstract.
  3. Archietecture diagram, modules.
  4. The existing system proposed system.
  5. System requirements.
        The above is very important and it is better to present them in the order mentioned above.  The flow is so important, you have to start from the beginning and slowly go deeper into the content. Make sure the audience is never bored when you're presenting. You need to present this in a unique way. Give some real examples related to your project. This will make people excited about your project.

Beware about this

        When you're presenting there are few things to avoid.  I've seen this many times when people present they leave the meet because of an internet problem or some other problem. This will irritate the audience.
        Sometimes you have an internet problem that makes it difficult for others to hear what you are saying.  Then total webinar will be spoil.  So you've to careful with that.
  1. Have minimum 3mb/s network speed.
  2. Have a backup of data(network).
  3. Have backup power.
  4. Have a copy of your slides in another system.
  5. Have a backup system too.
